On-Time Web Mobile™ offers the convenience and performance of the On-Time Web™ platform on your iOS mobile device. Once logged in with your user account, clocking in is as simple as opening the app and tapping a button. The app allows users to make punches even without an active internet connection, ensuring synchronization with On-Time Web when connectivity is restored.

Easily create punches and review recent punch history directly from your mobile phone, whether you are on the go or at a job site. The continuous login feature streamlines the punch process for swift and effortless time-tracking.

Need to clock yourself and multiple employees out for lunch on-site? On-Time Web Mobile™ facilitates this process with a user-friendly interface.

NEW: The addition of Expense Tracking to On-Time Mobile enhances the standard package, enabling employees to input expenses, attach receipt images, and submit for approval directly from their devices.

NEW: The In/Out Board functionality provides a quick overview of employee statuses, helping managers keep track of who is present and their activities.

NEW: Concerned about punch locations? Enforced geo-tracking prevents time entries without a valid GPS location, ensuring accurate recording of work hours.

To enable geofencing and geotracking, the app employs GPS in the background. Note that prolonged use of background GPS may impact battery life significantly.
